This Medical Qi Gong series is specifically for herbalists, acupuncturists, and other clinicians.
As clinicians it is important to stay centered and focused when working with clients. Medical Qi Gong combines movement, breathwork, and meditation to balance and improve the flow of Qi (life force energy) in the body.
This series will include discussions of Daoist philosophy as it relates to Chinese medicine, meditation, and gentle qi gong movements.
